By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EmailAgents is experimental alpha/beta software provided "AS IS." It may contain bugs, security flaws, or downtime. You use it at your own risk.
You retain ownership of your prompts and emails. You grant me a non‑exclusive licence to process that content solely to operate the Service and fix bugs. Feedback you submit may be used royalty‑free to improve the Service.
I may suspend or terminate the Service or your account at any time for abuse, security concern, or business reasons.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
My total liability is limited to the greater of €100 or the amount you paid me in the past 12 months.
These Terms are governed by Czech law. Venue: Prague courts.
I may update these Terms with 14 days' notice by email or in‑app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Physical goods — We do not sell or ship any physical products. All services are delivered digitally via our web application and AWS infrastructure; therefore a goods-return procedure is not applicable.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.
Cancel during the trial and no card is charged.
When the trial ends, Stripe automatically bills the first monthly fee.

We confirm receipt within 1 business day.
Approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5 business days (card-issuer settlement 3–10 days).
Please contact us first—most issues are resolved within 24 h.
If you open a chargeback we may suspend access until the dispute is settled.
EU consumers: By starting the service immediately you acknowledge digital delivery and waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content; the voluntary policy above applies instead.

Use of the service for EU dual-use, ITAR/EAR-regulated or otherwise controlled data is prohibited.
Service unavailable to persons or entities in sanctioned jurisdictions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk).
Users must ensure compliance with GDPR and Czech Act 110/2019 Sb. on personal data.
Offer: 7-day free trial of the Standard plan.
Eligibility: New customers who register between 00:00 CET 1 July 2025 and 23:59 CET 31 Dec 2025.
Activation: Valid payment method required; the first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
Limit: One free trial per natural person; duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated.
Non-transferable; no cash value.
We reserve the right to shorten, extend, or cancel the offer in the event of fraud, abuse, or force-majeure circumstances.
