1. Who I Am

I am Ivan David Postolski, an individual creator operating the early‑access beta service EmailAgents (the "Service"). Contact: ivan.postolski@gmail.com.

2. Data I Collect

• Account data – your name, email address.
• Content data – agent prompts, emails you send to agents, and the agents' replies.
• Diagnostic & usage logs – IP address, browser headers, error traces, timing metrics.

3. Why I Collect It (Legal Basis)

• Contract – to deliver and maintain the Service you request.
• Legitimate Interest – to debug, secure, and improve this beta.
• Consent – for optional marketing updates and non‑essential cookies.

4. How I Use Data

• Operate agents and send you email reports.
• Diagnose bugs; human review of logs may occur while beta issues are fixed.
• Protect against spam or abuse.

5. Retention

• Account & content data – until you delete your account or 12 months of inactivity.
• Diagnostic snippets – deleted within 30 days after the related bug is resolved.
• Back‑ups – up to 30 days.

6. Security

Agents run in my AWS account (eu‑central‑1). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. As a beta, residual risks and bugs may still exist.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & similar)

Access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, portability, object. Email me to exercise any right.

8. International Transfers

Data is stored in Germany; if processed elsewhere standard contractual clauses apply.

9. Changes

Material changes will be emailed 14 days before they take effect.
